I was in and out in about an hour. I was informed of other issues that could be addressed. I bought their tire warrantee which is a great idea And Tim made sure i understood manufactuers rebate form. Overall it was a good experience. First time I was actually happy to spend the money on winter tires. I blame Tim for that lol! Awesome tires too, Goodyear Winter monsters lol!
