  Had to get a rental car due to my car being damaged by a delivery driver. The staff at the Vestal Enterprise office was great and they took care of everything. I had no problem dealing with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a rental.

  Came in to rent a car and spent about 10 minutes trying to explain what I meant by “something simple but not simple enough to come across as a weak person” Nice guy helping me, but we were clearly speaking two different dialects of English. I asked for “good on gas, decent in snow, and won’t make me feel like I’ve given up.” He kept showing me either Fiero or some ridiculous looking vehicle. Then Shane walked over, listened for about 7 seconds and just goes, “Yeah you want the ____” Nailed it immediately. Paperwork took longer than the diagnosis. Car was perfect, staff were cool, and I now believe Shane has ties with the cia. If you’re coming to these guys. Hold onto your pants cause these deals made me do a little jig. Too much to mention in one review but I’ll make it easy for you. Honest guy✅ Good rates✅ Commodities ✅ Water✅ Make it easy on yourself and go straight to the source of the deal.   I really can’t say enough about our experience with Enterprise. We’re in the process of moving a long distance. This is our second rental from Enterprise. We were so pleased with the process the first time and this time, they went completely out of their way. Our car broke down on the way to pick up our rental truck. We were in contact with Enterprise, because we were concerned that weren’t going to be able to make it to the pick up. When we contacted them, they said they would wait to see if we could make it, a little late. Once we realized we couldn’t get there, they brought the truck to us. It was a Friday night, and they showed up with a friendly face and smile. These are good people who took a difficult situation and made it work out so easily. We can’t say how appreciative we are!! This great group of people are who you want to work with.

  This rental company was the one Travelers insurance used to give me a rental car when my AWD Toyota Rav 4 was damaged in an accident. They are supposed to give you an equivalent car to that and they gave me a Ford Eco where the windows froze shut every morning so you couldnt unroll them when the car fogs up, and the lack of traction was dangerous. It felt like trying to drive a roller skate in that foot and a half of snow we had. It also got 10 miles less to the gallon than my car. I will not use this company again.
