    They scammed me out of 150$ don’t use them. Their return policy says a receipt is required and I gave them a receipt and still made me take my money back on a gift card for advanced auto. What’s the point of a receipt.

    I felt the person who helped me out had an attitude. I asked for my battery to get checked and immediately felt like I was being a bother. If they had other things to do I would understand but instead I got the attitude that they didn't want to do it.

    We ordered a part that was not in stock. One week before it would be in. Payed for this part plus shipping. This was in the evening. We found the part in stock and cheaper at another store so the next morning return for refund. We were refunded for the part but they would not reimburse the $9.00 shipping fee that had not shipped yet. This is store policy I guess. If I ever can find what I need elsewhere be sure I will go there first. I really don't like their policy. Someone received my refund fee for shipping that never shipped but it wasn't me. I also feel like $9.00 is a lot to charge for a gasket to ship with a 7 to 8 day wait.
