Today was my first time getting brake pads done at this location, and Ivan was a huge help. He was professional, friendly, and made the process easy. He’s definitely a great addition to the Mavis Tire Valley Stream team.

Effran was upfront about pricing, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and the work was done right. Matt has alot of product knowledge and Ivan is top notch. My car drives noticeably smoother now. Will definitely be back for future tire needs
- DCDavid CalderoMar 31, 20261.0Today March 31, 2026 I was at the shop for 2 1/2 hours to change one tire , the excuse I got from the Manager (don’t know his name but he told he was the manager)was 3 out of the 6 employees did not do tires and the one of the 3 other employees was walking around for about 40 minutes doing nothing the other 2 employees were working on cars.Just want to know why hire people at a tire shop that don’t know or don’t want to change tires
- HCHoodFav CorleoneMar 27, 20265.0Nice and friendly shop, I came in for 4 tires and alignment and these guys got me in and out pretty quick for the volume they had, apparently Eddie isnt here anymore but the new store manager Matt is just a great, a definition of a gentle giant, this guy is knowledgeable and he broke down whats going on with my car mechanically without even test driving and he said the things I was experiencing without even telling him, 11/10 would definitely come back just for Matt and Ivan, top tier guys, id trust my family’s cars’ with them !

Ivan 👎…I’ve given him multiple chances to not piss me off but since MAVIS loves reviews—here’s an honest one: Sunday March 8th—- I came in for an inspection: I waited 3 hours for the mechanic to tell Ivan to tell me: “our device is not reading the codes for your Toyota corolla….. You have to get the inspection done at the dealership.” WHAT??? LMAO—- MONDAY March 9th , very next day: I went to my REGULAR mechanic in Rosedale for the inspection. Told him what Ivan told me & he laughed. He plugged up the device, inspection done & passed within 35 -45 minutes & he replace the bulb 💡 over the license plate for me as a freebie. INSPECTION PASSED: EXP MARCH 2027.
