When I pulled in, only one employee was actually inside working while the rest were sitting in a car outside laughing and not doing anything. The employee who ended up handling my inspection came out of that car wearing pajamas, like he had just rolled out of bed. He told me I needed to pay a “tint fee” in order to pass inspection. I explained that the car has factory tint and has passed inspections for years without any issue. Instead of addressing that, he basically told me I could try another location if I didn’t want to pay his *tint fee* That didn’t sit right with me at all, total scam. I took my car and left immediately. It’s a shame because I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for years, but this location completely ruined that trust. The lack of professionalism was honestly laughable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Not trusting my car to a guy who cant even show up to work wearing proper pants.

They don't check anything at all, yet in the report they give you, they claim they inflated your tires, checked your radiator, and inspected your battery..filter,. In reality, they just stand around chatting and only show you the oil they're changing. I will not be returning to this place... It's the absolute worst.
