  The individual assigned to assist us was initially very pleasant. However, after we selected a car we wished to rent, he informed us that it required cleaning due to a prior vomiting incident and would not be available for three days. I asked whether it could be cleaned immediately and provided to me, but he declined. We continued searching for another option, but the available choices were limited, and he repeatedly directed us toward a poorly maintained Mazda. Ultimately, I felt I had no choice but to rent it. While waiting, I observed another customer being provided with the same Toyota RAV4 I had originally requested and had been told was unavailable due to cleaning. When I raised this discrepancy, he stated that the vehicle had been pre-booked. However, the customer arrived after us and did not indicate that they had a prior reservation. Given the already frustrating situation with my own car being in the shop, I chose not to escalate the matter and proceeded with the rental. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received was loud and poorly maintained, making it difficult to use over the extended period required due to delays in my car repairs. Based on this experience, I would strongly consider choosing a different company over Enterprise for any future rental needs.

  Jaylen was very helpful along with the other associate. Had to let them know that Enterprise has to have the associates check the vehicles especially the tires. Entitled for a new vehicle and had to put air and it was fine after. Jaylen is the man.

  I hate renting from them. They take forever just to give you a car in this modern days and time. When I rent from Budget the car is waiting for me in a spot that the app tells me where to find it. Or even if I go to a local branch it takes a minute to run my card and license. But here at ENTERPRISE its a long drawn out process. The cars are uggg!! I always get a nice car from BUDGET no matter what I reserve. But what I hate the most about Enterprise is that they hold on to your deposit forever. Still haven’t got my deposit back as yet. Usually at Budget my deposit is returned while I giving back the keys. I’m not sure why Enterprise does things in the dark ages.
