Their was one employee that stood the test of time and coached the other staff on how to navigate the circumstances. I had to ask his name and assure the team I'd leave a review and continue to recommend this location. McKy was instrumental in leadership and the team seemed to receive the direction well. My personal , families, and my companies vehicles will continue to be serviced here.

Mcky made sure everything was explained clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The team worked quickly but thoroughly, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The customer service was top-tier — respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find auto service that feels this honest and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mcky and his team to family and friends. - GMGio MooreFeb 6, 20261.0THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD ON JANUARY 21 A WENT AND DID A OIL CHANGE WHICH THEY CHARGE ME $150 … WHILE DOING THIS THEY BURST A LINE ON MY COOLANT SYSTEM AND HAD TO KEEP MY CAR OVERNIGHT BEFORE CALLING ME THE FOLLOWING DAY AT ABOUT 10 am TO COME & PICK IT UP … A ARRIVED AT THE ESTABLISHMENT AT ABOUT 1pm THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS AND THE MICHANIC HAD WENT TO EXCHANGE THE (PARTS) NOT KNOWING THAT THEY HAD ALSO BROKEN ANOTHER LINE ON THE COOLANT SYSTEM WHILE TRYING TO REPAIR THE FIRST LINE … AFTER GETTING BACK THE CAR LATER THAT NIGHT A NOTICE THAT THE CAR WAS STILL LEAKING COOLANT ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY SO IMMEDIATELY A REVIEWED THE PICTURES INSIDE MY PHONE THAT I HAD TAKEN AT THERE ESTABLISHMENTS WHEN THEY HAD FIRST BROKEN THE CAR… A THEN NOTICE THAT THEY HAD REBUILT A ENTIRE COOLANT LINE IN MY CAR THAT WAS MADE WITH HOSES AND CLAMPS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR EVEN TO NOTIFYING ME ABOUT THE SITUATION… I LATER RETURNED TO THERE ESTABLISHMENT AND CONFRONTED THE MICHANIC ABOUT THE SITUATION WHO THEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY HAD REBUILT MY COOLANT LINE WITH HOSES & CLAMPS HOWEVER THERE MANAGEMENT WAS REFUSING TO PAY FOR TTHE DAMAGES
