  I hate renting from them. They take forever just to give you a car in this modern days and time. When I rent from Budget the car is waiting for me in a spot that the app tells me where to find it. Or even if I go to a local branch it takes a minute to run my card and license. But here at ENTERPRISE its a long drawn out process. The cars are uggg!! I always get a nice car from BUDGET no matter what I reserve. But what I hate the most about Enterprise is that they hold on to your deposit forever. Still haven’t got my deposit back as yet. Usually at Budget my deposit is returned while I giving back the keys. I’m not sure why Enterprise does things in the dark ages.

  Excellent communication- car was clean and ready to go upon arrival and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental car.

  Branch did not provide a pickup Car was dirty from the outside and not cleaned properly Gas tank was only 2/3 full but I was charged for 3/4 tank

  Matinah made the process so swift and easy for me. She answered every question I had about the different types of coverages for my rental with a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend the Enterprise on Merrick balding valley stream to my family and friends.
