The staff is superb down to Chanique, Scott, Chris and I know I'm forgetting about four other names but I love y'all, all of y'all. You guys are the true definition of customer service. They allllll make you feel like family with no bars held. I only rent from enterprise but once I got to this location I can't go to another one. With that being said I live in Brooklyn with multiple locations near by but that Valley Stream love is just so different and with exceptional service they can't be matched nor beat. Keep up the super duper amazing great work. If no one else recognizes that you guys are the bomb. I do!!!!!!! See y'all next rental...

I also noticed the other employees are similar which creates a comfortable environment for the customers. I appreciate the great convenience of providing transportation to and from the auto body shop where my car was repaired. THANK YOU, Eric and Jolena! The entrance/exit driveway to the location is potentially hazardous. Parked vehicles along the busy street obstruct visibility of oncoming eastbound traffic. Suggest safety cones to warn ⚠️ motorists of active driveway.
