While I waited they also assisted me in pricing tires for my car for when I need them at a later time. They were kind and courteous. I did however have to return a few hours later, as I was out doing errands I heard what sounded like a whine/whistle coming from the driver's side tire and each time I tapped the breakes the sound went away for a few moments but came back after releasing the break. When I returned to mavis and explained the issue they pulled the car right in. They explained the sound wasn't coming from the front but infact the back caliber it needed lubricant. They would take care of it at no extra cost. They were extremely helpful! Thank you so much!

I tried everything—including a universal removal kit—but couldn’t get the locking lugs off. The gentleman at the front desk said, “I might have an idea,” and within about 10 minutes he had all the lug nuts off using my kit. Then he noticed the auto parts store had sold me the wrong replacement lugs and immediately grabbed 3 of the correct ones made for my truck—no charge, no hesitation. He told me not to worry about labor and to “just come back when your tires need something.” That kind of honesty and service is hard to find. I’ll definitely be bringing all my tire work here from now on.
