- JGJanice GarciaApr 30, 20261.0I took my car to get just a wheel alignment which originally cost $135 but was up charged a misc-service of $174 so total on that day was $334.10 no other work was done. When I questioned James Ponske why was there a misc-service he clearly said at first it was a diagnose fee than later switch his answer and said that it was labor fee. I was quote $1,500 to replace tire rods ends and wheel alignment but I refused the service due to the price. I had a mechanic check my car and I didn’t need tire rods ends at all. I took my car back to Monro to redo the wheel alignment that fell under the warranty and got charged again the $135 plus new 2 front tires $150 that day the total came out too $401.76. Overall, I got charged for 2 wheel alignments and 2 front tires $735.86 which is insane. James Ponske was very rude and talking over me after he was being questioned about certain services and verbally told me I was BlackListed. The other gentleman were nice the tech S. Pagano Jr and manager Kedron Crowder.
