  I have absolutely no complaints, everyone was very nice and professional and you get the impression they're all working together to get you out and on the road. After a review of what was needed Andre took the time to help me determine what "must be done" from what "should be done" and helped me make choices that fit my budget today. I'll come back when I can for the rest :) I'm very grateful!

  I went there a couple of days ago because I was losing air in one of the tires, which they had installed. Instead of fixing the problem, they changed just 10,000-mile-old brake pads and rotor of the car, which were supposed to be under warranty by them, and billed me for $1100 and some change. That included a new tire, which they never installed. When I went the next day to get a refund on the tire, they said it was a brand new tire. Upon arguing, they dug deeper and found out it wasn't a new tire and refunded me for a tire and brake pads only. But still, I was charged $630, and they never fixed the problem I originally went there for.

  Wish I could give negative stars! With an appointment, waited over an hour for a NYS inspection. My car hadn't moved, no signs of it happening soon, so I left. Went around the corner to Monro and was in and out in 20 mins, no appointment.

  I am an existing customer of this Mavis Store for several years. I have had occasion to utilize your tire pressure machine. Each time Andre the service manager, has on his own initiative, stepped out and assisted me in filling my tires. His service to orientation forwards customers is beyond reproach. Little acts of kindness and service are greatly appreciated. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet. And a Andre’s unsolicited service must be commended.

  I’m very dissatisfied of this store. First of all they lost my work order when I already had an appointment with this store and I even gave a deposit for the new tires they ordered outside. And when the service is done, the request I made to have the old rear tires moved to the front and placed the new tires on the rear were not done so they had to re-do it again. Very disorganized and chaotic. I waited for so long like 3 hours a total. My appointment was 1:30pm and didn’t finish 4:30pm. They are also very inconsistent with their prices. Whatever they quoted me on the initial estimate was so far different from the final estimated charges. But in the end Store Manager Kevin did an excellent job on doing a “recovery service” by giving me huge discount from my bill so this really kinda helped and eased my frustration, anger and disappointment to the store. Thanks Kevin for going above and beyond by making me leave happy and satisfied! That truly is called “customer service”.
