  We were in an emergency situation as our driver side windshield wiper blew off on the NYS Thruway in the middle of a bad rainstorm. Luckily Munro was visible as soon as we got off the Thruway. The folks were polite, respectful, humorous, and extremely helpful, getting us on our way in about 10. minutes! Thank you, Monroe!!!

  Very unhappy… brought my car to get a wheel bearing replaced, was called a few hours later when the job was “finished”. When I got there I was told they replaced the bearing and sensor but for some reason my car was showing a code and my speedometer was off, check engine light was on and a couple other lights were on but they were able to get them off and the code cleared but once got in my car to leave the code was not cleared and all the lights were on the dashboard, as well as no speedometer. I immediately called and told them and they said to leave the car because they would have their manager take a look the next day. The end of the next day comes and the manager calls me and says he had to replace the wheel bearing again because the one they used originally had a “manufacturers defect” with the size. But the lights on the dashboard were on and still no speedometers. was told by the manager that they could not clear the code and I had to bring it to the brand dealership because they were the only ones with the means to clear the code. I brought my car to a dealership to find out that they used an aftermarket wheel bearing and nicked the wiring for the speed sensor when replacing that also. Was Never offered a discount on the work done at Monroe and had to pay for the job to be done correctly. Don’t recommend bringing your car here for anything

  Stopped in there for an alignment they were very good I’m very grateful I will definitely go back thank you again

  Came from out of town on the way to a volleyball tournament in Syracuse. Had an oil change done in my hometown 2 days prior. “Oil low” light came on about 30 miles away. Stopped at this establishment off I-90. If these guys were in my hometown - they’d immediately become my “go-to” shop. Got the car right in, took care of us in a hurry and got us on our way so we weren’t late. The professionalism, kindness and detail is something I’ve never seen at a shop before. I can’t thank the mechanics enough
