I’m a disabled veteran and showed me nothing but upmost respect and kindness. He made me change my regular tire shop to mavis just for his professional attitude and knowledge of my problems, I wish all people was like Mike and the guys at that location. 2020 genesee st in Utica ny is now considered my new tire shop Thank you again Mike

Turns out, we ran over some kind of nail type-thing sometime in those two weeks. When I went to pick it up, they showed me the nail and told me "no charge for the repair; thanks for my business." Little things like that are everything. Time is money and to wave off the cost means a lot. I will definitely be back to get those snow tires changed back and for any other jobs I can think of that they can do in the future. Thanks, Mavis! Much appreciated.
