I was pressed for time and really was not expecting a way to be made... I was able to be assisted, job taken care of, and treated better than I have in years w/ a mechanic. I told the manager what was going on with my tire. He said absolutely not, Ill fix it right now for you. He had me out of there in 20 minutes! And to top it all off, he wouldn't let me pay. This Mavis location will definitely be my new go to spot. You dont come across people like him very often anymore. Shout out to Mavis on Genesee St. in South Utica!! Thank you!!!
