  The staff was extremely conscientious, kind and thorough. They took their time, answered all my questions and made my experience the best. It could be with good conversation and they were very respectful. Luis E and Khalil J.as well as manager Romel were great and did a great job with the service. If I could rate all three of these individuals, I would give each of five out of five stars, they’re great people and great workers, highest regards. very attentive staff.

  I went to Valvoline to get my oil changed that was due, and I pulled in. It was very responsive to me pulling in and they asked me what I was there for. I explained what I was there for they had to put some information in the computer as I’ve been going to Valvoline in a different area, my statistics and everything over there. They informed me that I needed to have my radiator cleaned and flushed. I did that, and it was done in time. Contact Person was very courteous and kind. All the associates were very nice and handling each each of their responses authorities and my time with that as well spent I got the service I wanted and I’m very satisfied.

  I go to the Uniondale location all the time for my oil changes. Jomo, Alexis J and Ariel are wonderful! The guys are always professional and well informed about my Camry. I love how they always explain the process to me. Also, l love the idea that they did not gouge me and was honest about me not needing an oil change at that time and to return in a month. Thank you Valvoline for hiring these young men to represent your business. I'm sorry I could not give each of them a tip (I never carry cash), but on the return I will.
