All the synthetic oil they put into the car leaked out by the time I got to my home and whatever was left has leaked out in my driveway . I didn’t have a leak prior to service and now I’m afraid my engine will be affected .The technician claimed my plug was the issue at first and said he replaced it but I’m not sure if he did or lost the original one then he said it was my pan which none of the above had an issue prior to my arrival there . I need help with getting this issue resolved UPDATE: the workers are now claiming I had a leak when arrived but there was no oil leaking on their grounds until they damaged my oil pan . They took a video after the damage to try to cover themselves. When I got to park my car all my oil leaked out and the engine had nothing left so if this was true I wouldve arrived to them with no oil and wouldn’t need an oil change . This is poor customer service and I you would think they would cover the cost of the damage to make things right which isn’t much but I paid for a oil change then the damage and had to spend more money to get things back how it was before they touched it
