- LLLiz LizJan 25, 20261.0I went into this store for a new battery for my car. I asked the employee if they do the free battery replacements which he said he did and that it would be easy and quick 5-10 minutes. I waited inside because it was incredibly windy outside. Over 30 minutes passed and he finally came back inside. I could see that he was at the hood of my car for 30 minutes from the window. I asked if everything was ok to which he said yes I’m good to go. Later I’m driving over a bridge and my engine is smoking. I pull over and see that my coolant hose which is right next to my battery is broken. I called the store twice to let them know. They told me the district manager would call me back and took my phone number down. I never got a phone call. At this point this was several months ago. I had to pay $200 to repair my coolant hose. My engine hasn’t quite felt the same since. Wish I never walked into to this store to begin with.
