  The service is not the same from last year the last few rentals have not been clean well not sure what's going on at this branch all the times I been going there it's not the same

  Four hours prior to pick up time, I called with a general question. During said phone call, I was informed they did not actually have a rental for me. I’m unsure when they actually planned to tell me that bit of info. They offered substitutions, but naturally I booked a specific vehicle for a reason. I scrambled for HOURS to try to find a rental in the area at other locations only to be told by other locations they likely wouldn’t have anything available for me for at least 3-5 days. I specifically booked in advance to avoid the same day stress and scramble which ultimately left me empty handed. They basically told me the website lets them overbook by a significant amount and if there’s nothing available come your pick up time, there’s nothing available. Disappointed, stressed and extremely unsatisfied with Enterprise. I did reach out to corporate with zero response. All around poor business dealings.
