  My experience our violin was great they were professional did everything they were supposed to do. Charles assistant manager is professional, funny, and outgoing. I don’t go nowhere but Valvoline 😊

  ABOVE AND BEYOND! On 02/26, I was driving from Warwick New York to East Dorset, Vermont for a long weekend retreat, and about two minutes before I was about to pass Valvoline my car suddenly overheated, and there was steam pouring out of my engine. I pulled into the parking lot because it was the closest auto service facility I could see. Darrell and Bill ran out to meet me and took a look at my engine in the parking lot. My coolant was empty and it had sprayed all over the engine. Darrell had explained that it was a service they did not provide there, but he would try to help me as best as he could. He suggested where I may be able to take my car and that it needed to be towed. It was not be safe to drive, even though it would be a short distance. I went into the waiting room to call AAA and try to figure out what I was going to do since I was away from home. Bill brought me a bottle of water which I really appreciated and he said if I needed anything, just to tap on the window . He also made sure I knew the correct address for the tow truck. Fortunately, I had two friends from home that were driving up to Vermont also and the timing worked out where they could follow me with the tow truck. When the flatbed tow truck arrived, Darrell came out to help place my bags into my friend’s car and helped the tow truck driver navigate in the tight parking lot. I cannot express enough, how appreciative I am of their kindness, honest assessment of my car and guidance through what could’ve been a very stressful situation for me. They truly helped me to feel safe and gave me a gift of reminding me there are good people with integrity in the world ! They did all this while still taking in paying customers one after the other. In a world where customer service , civility and kindness seem to be fading away, these gentlemen were a beacon of light. You should be very proud of your staff for doing the right thing, even though I was not going to be a customer there. If I did live in the area, I would most certainly be bringing my business to this Valvoline and your staff!

  I came to Valvoline because my check engine light came on. Charles was an amazing help and figured out the issue for me right away. His customer service was excellent and he was very helpful. I appreciate the help and the patience he had with me as I am new to having a car. I always appreciate the service and support here at Valvoline! Great staff.

  I went in for a basic oil change and left feeling like my car had been sabotaged. Not once — in all the time I’ve owned this vehicle — have I ever had a check engine light or any warning lights on my dashboard. Ever. Within minutes of leaving this place, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree on the drive home. The timing is beyond suspicious. While I was there, they were relentless. A nonstop stream of “urgent” problems they claimed my car had, trying to scare me into paying for a laundry list of unnecessary add-ons. It felt less like maintenance and more like a sales ambush. The pressure was uncomfortable and frankly insulting. That same day, I brought my car to a reputable shop. They told me most of what I had just been warned about was either exaggerated or flat-out unnecessary. They were also genuinely alarmed that my warning lights appeared immediately after the oil change. I came in for routine service and left with dashboard warnings, stress, and a very strong feeling that something shady had happened to my car. I will never step foot in this place again. If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, stay far away.
