I called support and opened a case and never heard anything. They refused to give me another battery for the one they messed up (not enough voltage for my car) and made me pay full price. Fine, I pay over $250 for a gel battery in 2022. It is now 2025 and my battery needs to be replaced again. Not even bothering with this store for the now third replacement but take your business elsewhere.
