  I had a great experience working with Mary at Northtown Jeep in Amherst. She helped me purchase my 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited and made the entire process very easy Mary was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. If you are reading this review and looking for another vehicle go to Northtown and ask for Mary.

  I recently tried to lease a ram 1500 and had a terrible experience at northtown RAM. My sales rep was nice but Gerald the sales manager was not transparent with his offer at all. It started with Northtown advertising $3000 more for your trade. Gerald made an offer on my trade which sounded good. I should have had about $4500 in equity.Then after making me wait…and wait… and wait he finally showed up with a ridiculously expensive offer. I asked where the equity in my vehicle was and his response was “it’s in there”. Like I should Just trust him LOL! I then asked him to provide me with a cost sheet that breaks down the offer so I can understand this price. Gerald kept saying I don’t understand like it was his first day on the job. He knew exactly what I wanted, but wouldn’t provide the information because he would be caught in a lie. So then I did some math and figured out that he did not include ANY rebates, the equity in my vehicle was not included, and no discount discount off MSRP. The MSRP he based his price off of was actually higher than advertised online. Northtown should be embarrassed to have this individual negotiating prices for them. It’s not a good look. I personally will never set foot in a Northtown dealership again. If you decide to give Northtown a shot, I highly recommend you shop them with other dealerships and DO NOT trust what they say. If they can’t give you a price breakdown line by line then somethings wrong. My advice is shop somewhere else. I hope I have helped someone from making a poor decision.

  EJ is phenomenal. More than a salesman, he is the guy that works diligently to make sure that you are treated right and that you are getting the vehicle that you’re wanting.   Nice car but change oil message came on 3 days later was advertised as full oil change and filter-disappointing Update- Problem resolved would recommend this dealership.

  I had an amazing experience and got to get everything I wanted when financing a car for the first time! Vincent really helped me out, he was great to talk to, was very funny and easy to talk to. He helped me hit every mark when making sure I got a good reliable vehicle. On top of that the used car I ended up getting was very well taken care of of and super clean when I picked it up. Over all I will be going back because of the amazing service!
