  The rear of my vehicle was hit in a fender bender on new years eve. The process I had going through Gerber went smoothly. The longest part of the process was waiting almost two weeks for the insurance company of the party who crashed into me to review and approve the repairs. That was not really an issue Gerber could control. Once that was cleared I finally dropped my car off. I got daily texts and was able to get my car back in less than a week. It has been a couple months since then and the work has held up nicely. It looks like nothing happened to the vehicle.

  I would not recommend this place. My wife and I brought our Subaru Forester in after a collision with a deer on Thanksgiving. It took a couple weeks for just an estimate before any work began. The entire process of getting the car repaired took over two months. As frustrating as that all was, that is not my primary complaint regarding Gerber. Just recently, after finally needing to top off the windshield washer fluid in the Subaru, I noticed something alarming. The bolt that holds the windshield washer fluid reservoir to the frame isn't there. Nothing. It's just loose. This is a $2 part from Subaru and they couldn't even be thorough enough to make sure the washer fluid reservoir was properly attached. My question for Gerber is, what else isn't properly bolted under the hood? How will I know? Is anything else missing under there? It makes me ask myself if I need to take it to *another* collision shop or dealership to have them review everything. Don't waste your time, guys. Gerber won't even put your car back together.

  Had a great experience with Gerber. Michelle was wonderful to work with. Nobody wants their vehicle to get hit and have to be repaired. If it happens, you'll be in good hands here. The repairs were done quickly, and I was kept updated throughout the process. They handled everything with the insurance company as well. Gerber made an annoying situation much more tolerable.

  Terrible experience. Told me my vehicle would be ready by a certain date (a month after dropping off). Not only was it not ready, I found out that they had not even drafted an estimate yet, and work had not begun. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will not go back. Update: After speaking about my experience with a manager at this location, I feel my concerns were addressed and would feel comfortable going here should the need arise in the future. They listened to what I had to say and responded appropriately. Good customer service.
