But Valvoline strategy or oil quality makes your employees advise Valvoline customers to change the oil after 3000 miles which I think is good for business purposes, but not a quality product or service that will bring people back for more business or trust Valvolines credibility in car services industry. They communicate everything as they are doing and it always ask before they open the car door to scan your vehicle info. They're never pushy and they've even told me previously, when I didn't need a tire rotation, as I usually do both at the same time. I appreciate them not trying to push for extra services that I don't need yet. Money saved is money I will spend later, when my tires do need rotating, at places I trust, like Valvoline. Thanks for great honest customer service!

So I came back a week later, dealt with the same awesome Trinity who is a Godsend to her job. And the Manager, Chuck. They both helped me so much. They got me in real fast, did the work and sent me on my way. It was a pleasure being their customer. And they have won me over as a regular one now. Thank you, Trinity, you rock! And Chuck, you have a great staff!
