  Apparently it’s really hard to put on a windshield wiper. I got an oil change in which the incorrect mileage was entered in the system (yeah, it was inputted like 10k less than it should have been when I read out loud what I had) & I replaced my windshield wiper. The CSR screwed up twice and also improperly put the windshield wiper on, so I was driving and I heard a big BANG! because a piece fell off. So I reported the store and was provided a claim number by a manager and told to go back to the store because I advised I wanted a refund for the windshield wiper considering part of it is missing! They didn’t have the part nor could they provide a refund because the manager conveniently wasn’t there. I do not recommend this Valvoline on Niagara Falls Blvd in Tonawanda to anyone. The one on Sheridan Dr in Amherst is great. I’ve NEVER experienced a problem at Valvoline until now.

  I drive a 2011 Chevy Malibu - low miles and in good shape for the age - but going in for ANY type of work can be scary.. No idea what they might find. The technician was thorough and explained everything to me. I just NEEDED an oil change and that is what I got, but I know what I may need in the future. Very informative and not pushy about getting extra work done....now.

  They are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick. They tell you what you need, or give suggestions but are not pushy. I send my daughters, my wife, and I come to them to work on our cars.
