If you don’t want to do NY state inspections (gone multiple times and given different excuses for not being able to do it) don’t claim to do them and waste peoples time with made up excuses because you don’t want to work. I’ve gone at different times on different days and it’s always a wait and then some new excuse for why they can’t do it.

I took my car to my regular shop and they said whoever put the filter in was way too rough and that it was so banged up it was actually leaking oil. I only had my shop check it after my sister’s car broke down and upon investigation there wasn’t even oil in there! She had been to this Valvoline 3 weeks before this occurred. Staff is super nice but I would not trust them with your car :(
