When the remote key stopped working in a blizzard and we were locked out and had to use the actual key, we realized they gave us the wrong one. We’ve had nothing but electrical issues for a year straight. This week the truck completely died out of nowhere. We called and spoke with a manager, told him the laundry list of issues we’ve had and once again, no help. They said they could help us get into a new car but “couldn’t work miracles” to help out with the pricing at all. So after dumping thousands into a newish vehicle we’ve only had for a year, we will be taking our business elsewhere and never recommending this dealership.
