I called them for a windshield replacement, they were professional, gave me quote, did not try sales tactics tricks, simply did their job, gave me a good quote which I accepted, and then they scheduled a 3 way call with the insurance, which gave me instructions to send pictures. After the case was approved, they were able to schedule me in just 2 days for the actual windshield replacement at Glass America, which was also an outstanding experience. It was a very professional, quick and smooth experience on the luxurious side.

They refused to work on my car for weeks and keep pushing back the day it will be ready. Insurance forced me to come here, never choose this shop if you’re insurance recommends it refuse. Over a month for a simple fix!

They offered to either have Geico pay for the window motor or pay for it from their pocket. I was not expecting that at all after my last review. I took my car to their shop and they installed the window motor and my car is as good as new. Gerber manager Paul worked with me and my car repairs were pretty smooth. Thank Paul and thank you, Gerber.
