Had a rental for 22 days due to being rear ended. When it came down to turn my rental in I got charged an extra $250 dollars in some optional coverage that I NEVER agreed to. I never buy any additional coverage for rentals. called the office three times so far and called the manager Jake directly on his cell phone and left a message and not one return call. Called again and the guy said he would message the manager and still nothing. Been over a week. Frustrated to say the least. Watch out for charges that were not explained to you and you did not agree to. Now I got a $500 rental bill on top of what insurance covered over an accident that wasn’t my fault. Wouldn’t go back or recommend this location to anyone! Clearly some extremely poor communication

This is very unfortunate because the team accommodates me when I do purchase my rental, but this time I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. I returned my rental on September 29, 2025, at 2:20 PM, and dropped the keys in the lockbox because I had to rush to work. However, the staff falsely recorded that I returned the car about three hours later and overcharged my credit card as a result. It’s frustrating that they would assume a return time instead of confirming with the customer. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for almost a month calling customer service and even contacting the branch directly, but no one has reached out to help or correct the invoice. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I expected better from a company like Enterprise.

I was in need of a rental for 1-2 days due to my water pump going on my car. I showed up after 5:00 pm and their closing time was 5:30 pm, was able to get a rental that worked for me in less than 10 minutes. The staff were polite and professional and accommodating. The car was in good condition and clean.
