  It's NEVER fun to experience racism. Today I went to the Nanuet store to return 4 items that wasn't what I needed. The store manager was unable to process the return because he advised there was no cash and I could come back later. Instead... I was headed to Northvale anyway so I figured I'd stop in at the Tappan location. There I was denied a return on items that were sold to me defective(hand soap dispenser didn't work)... And one item was opened but unused(fuel hoses) albeit I presented my sales receipt 🧾... The very nasty and obviously racist manager PATRICK adamantly refused to honor my return since the package was opened on the hoses... When I told him he could easily do a damaged swap or return... He screamed that he absolutely COULD NOT 🚫💯 because he said the return comes out of his check. I was totally confused 🤔... I asked how does my return come out of your check? Realizing how silly the lie 🤥 that he just told me was... PATRICK then said... The return comes 🫴🏿 out of the stores check. Totally dumbfounded and at an extreme loss for words... I asked for a final confirmation that my return request was being denied. PATRICK confirmed he would NOT 🚫 💯 honor my return. I said no problem ... I'll call corporate. I did. He refused to answer the phone 🤳🏿 for corporate... Then answered and put them on a super long hold as he did absolutely nothing in the store since I was the ONLY customer. Finally corporate gets back on the line and advised me that he put them on a long hold. She asked me to put the phone on speaker... I did. She asked him if he could do a one time customer courteous and return the items. He refused saying he had to call his boss to see what he says... Corporate advised PATRICK to do the return and let him know he would be hearing from Advanced Auto Parts district management team! Then PATRICK had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a STORE CREDIT 💳... Told him that I paid in cash and wanted my return the same way because I don't EVER plan on spending my time nor money 💰 with Advance Auto Parts stores in the future! Lost me as customer for life!🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️😲😭🤥🤬🤬🤬 My case#052577

  Came in here for wipers and a bulb. Do you want warranty on the wipers? No Do you want windshield washer fluid? No Do you want warranty on the bulb? No Do you want electric grease? No The constant hounding is really annoying. Will not be returning!!!
