  Rob was very nice and very helpful. He explained things in a way I could understand, and was patient when I needed him to repeat things a couple of times before I got it. I was shocked how quickly they could get it done. I needed new pads and rotors on both sets of brakes, and new calipers too on at least one. I thought it would take a week just to get parts, but they had the whole thing done within a day! I don’t know enough about any of this to comment on the price, but according to google it seems reasonable. I know Rob did everything he could to minimize my cost without sacrificing safety. My car rides like butter now. When I first pulled out of the parking lot I thought there was something wrong with it because it was so quiet and glide-y, but no, it operates great. I’ve just never had brand new brakes before! I didn’t even know cars could be like this! They treated me right, and Rob was a great person to have in my corner when I was so confused and overwhelmed. Thanks pals!!

  Brought my car in for a humming noise. $5000 and 2 days later, the noise is still there. I was told they fixed what they THOUGHT was the problem

  New manager, Rob, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He gave meticulous attention and service to my problematic wheel alignment and made sure everything was done correctly. I also had the winter tires switched out for the spring tires. He completed an inspection and gave me a detailed assessment of the results. On top of that, he was a super nice guy, friendly, competent and accommodating. He gave the impression he really cares about his customers.

  Well I went to get an estimate on brakes. It was astronomical. He said he went thru the car to see if anything else was wrong. He took out filters. The person that owned the car was 85 and was very meticulous. He has no trees around his home but the cabin filter was full of leaves and maple seeds and dirt. I should have had him show me. But he came up with I had a nail in my tire, $20 for valve stem, must be made of gold. I took it to my place that I get free tire fixes and 2 people looked over all tires could find no nail all the way thru. So $1,300 is a bit too much to slap on pads and rotors all around. I’m 67 a woman and use to change them myself. And the last time my mother in law was there, they got her for $80 for wipers. They scared her. I don’t think it was this guy though. I know about cars, I’m not a stupid girl, but they were treating me like that. Like your brakes are so bad, I don’t think you should drive it, it’s so bad, don’t hit any potholes it will fall off and you will be in trouble. I don’t get scared. I drove18 wheelers and I have a very nice corvette so I know about cars. And no coupons or rebates that he knows of. Well I do think there are some. I felt like he was patronizing me cause I’m a woman. I’m not one of those he man women but an older woman. Didn’t budge on price or say anything to benefit me. So I went and got pads and rotors for $300 and gonna find someone to help me.
