  I am beyond disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at this location. I had two back tires replaced here on Friday, and this morning, my car began smoking heavily while driving. For safety, I brought it back immediately. From the first phone call, the customer representative was dismissive and had a clear attitude. When I dropped the car off, he later called me claiming there was no issue because the "tires were fine," essentially implying I was making it up. I actually had to leave work and return to the shop to show him video proof of the smoke. Even then, he remained argumentative and rude, stating he "didn’t see anything" despite the clear evidence. I ended up being spoken down to and treated as if my safety concerns weren't valid. After spending significant money here just days ago, I expected professional troubleshooting and basic respect, neither of which I received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their safety or expects decent customer service.

  Very disappointed in their service. All I needed was to have a serpentine belt replaced. Prior to making the appointment, I Google'd what standard cost and labor could be ... the belt was estimated to cost between $25-100 and with labor the total cost was estimated to be $100-250. Labor was estimated to take 5-20 minutes. Decided to buy the belt myself, so only needed to pay for labor. Once there, I was told the labor would be $175 an hour and that it would take an hour and a half to complete the job. The total bill ended up being $281 ... all labor! So something that should have taken 20 minutes tops, ended up taking an hour and a half. Bottom line, they either ripped me off or are very bad at their job. Avoid this business and do not trust them!

  Very rude, very bad customer service, they wanna change and overcharge you parts you don’t need and they will fail you for vehicle inspection even if your vehicle pass the emissions tests and safety, so they charge you for services you don’t really need and they also refused to give me the failure sticker. as soon they fail my vehicle for inspection. I went to the next repair service in the same street passed with no problems and got my inspection sticker. The manager is no good person avoid going here.

  Hands-down the best mechanic in the Syracuse area. I've come in a few times for a wide range of things (new tires, oil changes, inspections) including having them replace the engine slash shield underneath my car. They have always been extremely communicative, very quick and efficient, and the quality of their work is unmatched, especially at such a reasonable price. The manager, Chris, is very friendly and always willing to work with you to make sure you get the best service. Scheduling is super easy through the website, and I've never had any issues with them getting the work done on time. I tell everyone I know to go here, it's just so much better than getting work done at a dealership or somewhere else. I really can't say enough good things about this place. The whole team is wonderful. They've always taken the time to talk through my options with me and I never have felt pressured to get more work done than was necesary. They also give you a little rundown sheet after inspections and workups to let you know how all the different parts (brake pads, filters, tires, etc) are doing and when you might need to get them worked on or replaced. Super helpful.
