  Nice staff but Munro needs to spend a few bucks and put a comfortable waiting area in.....the area is dirty and grungy

  My experience at this location was so horrible.I would never recommend this place to anybody else.Friends family even my enemies. I watch the staff walk around and hold my car for 2 hours before I actually tell me what was wrong , which was a lie. Little do they know I had already researched what was wrong with my car. They thought I was just a dumb female , so I left. The price that was quoted to me was way overpriced, and ridiculous. They checked my oil which I did not ask for, worked on other cars while I sat there waiting after working a 12 hour shift.

  Go anywhere else! They've told me my brakes need to be replaced every 12-15 months multiples time for both front and back brakes/pads/rotors. They told me my rear brakes HAD to be replaced after just over 12 months and 3000 miles, which anyone knows is a joke. They failed inspection for my front brakes which had barely 10,000 miles on them.. The store was shown their own invoices and said "not my fault I didn't work here last year". I called corporate and they said we don't care. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

  I will not be back. My car was burning through gas very quickly, so I took it into Monro. When I got there at my timed appointment I was waiting for 25 minutes because no employees were there. When I finally got inside the front desk was extremely rude and lack luster I understand it’s the morning and you don’t want to be there but everybody has to work and don’t bring it onto the customers. After they took my car They ASSUMED it was the spark plugs and co2 build up and a couple other things. I clearly asked the front desk if they knew what was the exact cause for my fuel to burn so fast and he said “oh you know the usual co2 and spark plugs nothing to big” proceeds to charge me over 600 dollars. When my car is finished I get in to drive and I’m about to leave Monro when my car suddenly starts shaking. So I park my car and go inside and tell them what’s wrong. They take my car back in for another 20 minutes the mechanic then takes my car for a 45 minute joy ride to wherever and then finally he comes back. I get into my car and there is mud, dirt and grime all over my car and don’t even get me started on the stench he left in my seats. After all of that I drive home and my fuel is still burning through fuel like it’s water so thank you Monro for stealing my money I really appreciate that.
