I got into a minor car accident January 9th . Gerbers collision took my car in on February , it is now April 15th 2 months and i still don’t have my car . They don’t call me at all to give me an update , I’ve called them several times and it’s always some weird excuse . Also I paid them when i dropped my car off , and this is the kind of service i receive . My insurance chose this place , if I would have known that this place is known to do that and has so many bad reviews i would not have took it here .

This is the worst place to take your car to because I had an accident and my insurance told to there and I have my car December 26 and waited more then a month and no update from them about their service or when the Vehicle then last week they call and told me the car is done and ready to be picked and I want to there this morning to get the car and when I turn the on, It sounds so bad and loud and I have told them the beginning when I was dropping off the car and The person who took the key from and he said that he will take of it and the still sound the same. Soo disappointed from December26 until now nothing was completed the way to supposed to be
Absolutely horrible experience. Someone hit me, my car clearly needed collision repair, insurance sent my car here, my car was here for about a month. They said they would text me updates I called several times got sent to voicemail, never got calls back never got texts about my car. Finally I got through to them and told them I hadn't been receiving updates, they read a number to me and it was not even remotely close to my phone number. They said it would be ready next week. I called the next week they said it was ready and everything was all good to go so, I went and picked it up and dropped off my rental, I received charges from the rental company the week after I returned the car as Gerber had told me to do, rental company said they were never notified I returned the car. Then called Gerber back and told them there was humming that wasn't there before in the rear on the side that got hit (had it checked briefly by someone else they said a wheel barring or something to do with the wheel that got hit). Called them back, very rude who I spoke to, said that I was wrong they fixed everything there isn't any humming. Called them back after I had the first guy look at it and they said oh we can look at it again I said nope I was taking it to another shop to get looked at since they said I was wrong the first time. They said they would email me the list that the mechanic fixed that they sent it out to, never got that. Got it looked at by another shop, and Gerber didn't fix anything didn't replace the tire that got hit, didn't do the alignment, didn't even do the paint job correctly. They handed me a paper that listed everything they "did" but clearly didn't do since the other shop handed me another list of all the things they found still wrong with it in relation to the accident. These people are rude, don't care about their customers and definitely do not do their jobs right. Do not go here.

Daughter is attending Syracuse and was in minor wreck. Being in Alabama didn't know anything local. Called Gerber and Will, Brian and their amazing crew took Great care of us. Car looks Amazing and we're completely satisfied. Location was also key. Close to campus and Enterprise is basically across the street. Hopefully won't need them anytime soon, but would definitely use them again if needed.
