  Brendan was so helpful and easy to work with. Prompt service! Also I got a flat during my rental and they made the process as painless as possible. Customer service was able to get a tow truck out to me and have me switch out the vehicle at a nearby location at no cost to me! Would definitely recommend!

  I rented a car from the CT location on 10 April and dropped it off at this location on Saturday, April 11, after hours. However, I haven’t received the final receipt yet (it’s Monday, April 13). We rented the car around 6:00 PM and returned around the same time using the after-hour return service, which was very convenient. When I complained about the car being empty gas, I was forced to fill it up at the gas station along the highway. The customer expects to have a fully tanked car and only needs to fill it once before returning. The corporate customer service assured me that at least $25 would be credited ($50 for the total gas, but I only used less than half, I have a receipt). For the base price of $106 per day, I was charged $436. I urgently need a final receipt to verify the total charge, including the credits. Please complete my transaction as soon as possible.
