The coupon would not register as valid in the computer. They were unable to help me whatsoever. They did not provide any other option to rectify the situation. I understand this is an issue across your stores, which is highly disappointing. At the bare minimum of customer service if you are “unable to bypass the system” your stores/ people, after viewing the valid coupon, should offer some other means of honoring that coupon or discount. It’s mind boggling that I would have to frantically search the internet for another coupon and then call to express my experience. Still not having the needs met of the coupon that you all offered. Do better valvoline.
