It's a $6.99 part at the auto parts store and you charged me $59.99 minus my first responder discount That's a $50 plus markup, I feel violated and curious why your cost is so high on that part. I stopped at another store and was told that they didn’t have a part for my oil change which I thought was odd so they were unable to help me. I ended up going to the Camillus store on my way home and Noah and Nick seemed concerned about what I was told so they looked into it and apologized on the other store‘s behalf, and I felt as a woman that I wasn’t going to be used for extra money or anything. They explained everything to me great and really care about their job and it shows thanks again so much! Corey showed me my new oil level and had a friendly smiling face and I love people who genuinely care about what they do. Will be back for the next one!
