- MMMikeOct 23, 20251.0Been taking my vehicle here since I bought it used. Hadn’t noticed any issues up until they did my tranny flush. Had to go back due to my Infiniti CVT having higher than normal RPM revs and asked them to top off my tranny fluid. They said they did and I went on my way. I ended up needing to add 3qts of tranny fluid due to having the same issue even after they “topped it off”. I’ve always been a skeptic of these chain lube changers and they proved my suspicions. I ended up doing a full service on my vehicle myself and went to unscrew the oil filter and noticed that it was oddly old looking, rusty and leaking even tho I only put 2k miles on the vehicle since the last oil change at Valvoline. I’ll post a pic and let you be the judge (pic shows filter after I cleaned it up a bit with brake keen), but if you charge me for lube and filter change then please change the oil filter. All around bad vibes. They love to upsell but can’t do the simple tasks correctly. Never again. Oh and when you show customers the dipstick after pouring in the new oil, hold the dipstick level the whole time after pulling it out of the motor and don’t tip it back to have the oil run down the dipstick to hit the FULL mark. You’d be surprised how much customers can see behind an open hood.
