- MJMary JoynerDec 31, 20251.0If I could give this company a negative star rating I would, drivers are rude, they are overpriced, they don't explain all the extra charges before they charge you them, and then they charge you more money for using a card for payment and again wasn't told or explained that until after the fact.Thank God for the people in my life who were willing to help me out when all of this happened but not everyone has that, I feel so bad for someone who would have something like this happen to them and not be able to come back from it because they also charge to keep your car at there lot by the day. I will never use their services again I would recommend any other towing company other than this one.

One vehicle had to be shimmied out very carefully next to my other vehicle, to avoid substantial body damage. They both showed up prior to my quoted time, and were extremely polite, and diligent! Thank you both very much!! I would highly recommend Ernesto, and his team!
