Marc called every National and Enterprise in the region and spent hours of his day to try to help me get me situated. I really appreciate the efforts and care they put in for me during a difficult situation. Both great people who do a lot for their customers at the National/Enterprise branch at SYR. Thank you guys for caring and making sure I got a safe rental car that allowed me to get back home. 🙏 Other than this, I have had over a dozen experiences renting from this location while I was working in the area the last 8 months, and every single one of them was pleasant. Cars never had issues, were always very clean, I was always able to get the car I requested, and service was always friendly and quick.

We ended up with a wonderful vehicle, which was especially important given the cold, snowy weather and we needed to travel 90 minutes away. My very important carry-on bag with all my meds and other necessities got left by us in the parking garage. We got to our hotel around 11pm and realized this. Katie in the Escalation Department was wonderful in messaging after hours, and we received word yet that night my bag was found. They kept it safe until my husband was able to retrieve it the next morning. I want to mention an employee who was driving the parking garage while I was there waiting to get a different vehicle. She got out of her vehicle and tried to assist me. Excellent customer service!
