- MMMark5 days ago3.0I had new wheels and tires delivered here a couple of weeks before my installation appointment. Twice I requested that they mount and balance them prior to my arrival to save me time and they agreed to do so. When I arrived for my 10:00 appointment I was told that they didn’t have time to mount them and that it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. My car wasn’t taken in until 11:30 and I didn’t leave until noon. The guys were nice enough but wasted my entire morning.
- GGGabby GJan 5, 20264.0Just went in for a NYS inspection. The car was relatively new so it didn’t have any issues. Staff was (dare I say a little disorganized) but very friendly! Workers here seem to be all family which is nice. I must’ve clicked the wrong button online because my appt said oil change when I needed an inspection but they got me in quickly despite seeming like they had a lot on their plate. It took a little longer than expected (was told it would be around 45 minutes, but it was more like an hour and a half), but what mechanic have you been to where it doesn’t take a while? Price was much lower than I expected. Paid about 21$ for an inspection. Overall a good experience, would go back.
