Unlike most Syracuse locations, I didn't need to wait 1+ hours before the considered looking at my car. I received excellent attention, and my tires were rotated--just what I requested. The only issue I saw was the lobby clock needing a new battery.

Called a week in advance and made an appointment for oil change and to look at the tires they installed- turns out whoever I spoke to on the phone didn’t actually make an appointment so I waited a week and half when I could of found another place to go. I liked the location in Liverpool but this fairmount location disappointed today.

When I asked questions about snow tires (new vehicle, snow expected in a few days) they gave me advice and great deals on tires. They noticed that the brakes were soft and offered a free brake inspection! High class act here

I booked the appointment online, and it clearly said they had availability for today. So, I showed up on time. One of the garage doors was open, so I assumed they were open for business. But when I got to the main entrance, the door was locked—even though the sign said they were open today. I decided to wait, thinking maybe they were just running behind. I waited for over 30 minutes, and still, nobody showed up. What made it even stranger was that there were cars in the lot, so it looked like people should’ve been working. I even walked into the open garage and called out “hello” three times—no response, no employees, nothing. Completely unprofessional.
