  Over 2 hours for tires, only one employee working while the rest walk around like zombies. Needed 4 tires and an inspection. Just for them to get finished and not inspect my truck at all. Then want to reschedule an appointment for that. Kind of a joke.

  Had a great experience at Mavis Erie location. I needed an urgent tire repair, and I am so glad I stopped at this place. Even with a busy schedule, guys were able to take care of my tire, and I was able to be back on the road in a short period of time. Everyone was very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

  This is the only place I trust in getting my tires and car checked even if I live 30 minutes away. I prefer to bring the car all the way out here because I trust the service of the team. I’ve taken my car somewhere else and they’ve tried to upsell me with all four new tires when they were not even needed. Midas team always does what’s best for the customer and it’s truly there to help.

  I came in for a routine oil change and paid close to $90, which I’m fine with if the service is complete. Unfortunately, my fluids were not topped off at all. That’s a basic expectation with an oil change, especially at that price point. I shouldn’t have to check or add fluids myself after a professional service. Disappointing experience and not the value I expected.

  Kevin and Josh were great. Went in for an issue with a tire pressure sensor and it was just a something called a re-learn that needed to be done. They told me it was something I could easily do on my own if I wanted to save some money, and gave me a quick overview of what it would entail. After looking it up, they were right, it was pretty easy. I appreciate them giving me that option. When I walked in, they were both in the middle of a discussion with another customer, a woman in her late 60's, early 70's probably. The woman has having difficulty understanding some of the breakdowns of suggested repairs and warranty coverage, and although I found their explanation simple and easy to follow, she was still confused. They were both so patient with her, even though she kept asking the same question(s) over and over. Great experience, nice employees. Only thing I didn't like...no snack machine. I was craving a candy bar.
