Aijah was the one who worked on my tire, and he did an excellent job in the repair. They took me in at 5:15 PM and had me out by close at 6:00. Needed to get back on the road to travel home for Thanksgiving and I could not be happier with my experience today. Fast and friendly service. Will be coming back here and could not recommend enough!

Unfortunately the staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and blatantly attempting to swindle her out of money. First an appointment for 3pm wasn't started until after 4:30pm (poor customer service at best). Almost everyone working in the shop was using vapes while in the shop (didn't think it was legal). And finally they said she failed inspection for wipers (my bad I missed a rip), and she needed rear brakes. I personally replaced all of her brakes 2 months ago with ceramic pads. Now I'm reading the state inspection report, which says she failed for "Service Brake System ", yet the report also says they only removed the "L/F" wheel. Something doesn’t add up. In the morning I'll be recording my assessment of the brakes and sending it with our complaint about shop #7107300 and inspector #68UF. Long story short: pretty female do not go to ths shop.

They are very honest and do not try to oversell more than is needed to keep your vehicle running well. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend this team!

I wasn't there 15 minutes and tire was repaired. They could've said tire is not fixable and that I need new tires but that wasn't the case on top of I wasn't charged for the repair! Mavis Tire is the only tire dealership I am dealing with from now on , Total Honesty. I am impressed with how things were handled. Thank You Mavis Tire!
