The technicians at Mavis Tire were incredible! I came in to check my tire to make sure everything was alright after having a flat the other day, and they were so fast and efficient and fixed my problem in 30 minutes time. Go to Mavis on Salina St - you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Stopped by 2days in a row bc my tire has a slow leak. Couldn’t get service either day. Called and tried to make an appointment and got put on hold forever until I hung up. Called back no answer. I guess customer service is optional nowadays

Horrible! I had a flat tire and went there to get it repaired. They did it fine. I had another problem, my check engine light was on, they said that I need to change the fuel before checking the reason why the check engine light was on. So, they changed the oil, also the oil change is expensive compared to other places. They changed the oil, but still the check engine light was on. That means they never scanned for the reason why the check engine light was on. I already changed the oil a month ago. They gave me a $143 bill. I will Never go there again.

First I’d like to say that I like Mavis Tire as a corporation, but this branch has an employee that is somewhat hostile towards me. It started when I came to get brakes and rotors. The service manager, I believe his name is Andre?, didn’t quite know how to do the flex pay. So I called the shop on W genesee in hopes that they could explain it to him. He became very offended and said I embarrass him in front of his colleagues. I didn’t mean to, I just wanted the purchase to go through so I could get my car fixed. In any event we got it settled but he up charged me and FLEXPAY had to call the shop and tell him to lower the prices! He charged me full price for an oil change but gave a woman who came behind me a discount and made sure to address it loudly so I would know. The next time I came in it was for a sensor light ( which came on AFTER the brakes and rotors may I add) and a NYS inspection. The same service manager was working. I was told I needed 4 new sensors at 100$ a piece or they couldn’t pass inspection. I knew this was untrue but I didn’t argue. I got my car and called corporate to report them. Now just a few days ago I bring it in again. The same man is working and he first tells me that I just made an online appointment and there were cars ahead of me and to drop it off. I told him I would wait. Then he pulls the car directly in and says that my problem is inbalanced tires . He said whoever did my tires didn’t do a good job but I bought the tires there! In any event, I got the front end rebalanced for 50$ but it still shakes… No other Mavis has given me nearly as much headache as this particular branch. And I think Mavis is a good chain, but please don’t get on the wrong side of the service manager. I won’t be visiting that branch again.
