- MDMax DraveckNov 8, 20251.0Horrible service we had a perfect mint condition 2015 Audi A7 with 35k miles sent in for a simple oil change and it blew up the day I got it back from them probably from them overfilling the oil or not putting in enough or any at all. Then they replaced my engine with a higher mileage one by 5,000 miles so they claimed, which I think is false because the engine was very dirty from signs of oil spill and corrosion leading me to think the engine they threw in was of much higher mileage and they lied. I also ran through the serial number codes on the engine they swapped in and they threw in an engine that was 4 years older than what they claimed to be a new one. They made it seem like it was a brand new engine when instead it was a hunker with mismatching parts. Lousy job and on top of that when the new engine was thrown in it had an emissions check engine light which means that it wouldn't pass inspection. They should've covered all of this and now they cost me a lot of money from their nightmare. Now I am going to have to sell my car and get a new one after putting in money to fix their stupid mistake at the Audi dealership. The engine they threw in is garbage and they wrecked a nice car.

The lady i talked to was extremely rude once i informed her that i was making a claim on my car especially me knowing that its a total loss and i dont have full coverage on my policy. Also i picked up my car two days later to take it to the scrap yard and they charged me a 100 bucks for storage whoch is ridiculous. I didnt choice this place in the first place for my car to get towed too. Also they charg extra if your paying with a card so be prepared.
