The guy who works the desk is extremely rude and the mechanics here have no idea what they are doing. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and when I left it was not done correctly so I had to bring the car back a few days later to have it redone because my check engine light was on. My check engine light came on again a few days after the 2nd attempted oil change and I took my car to a dealership. The dealership discovered that my oil valve was completely shattered by the moron at this Goodyear location who had no clue what they were doing. Luckily it was covered by warranty and the dealership fixed it properly. I have always used Goodyear for oil changes and have lived in more than 6 different states. This Goodyear location is not up to standard by any means, take your car to the Goodyear on Water Street in Syracuse!
