The first time I rented a car here, I obviously rented an INTERMEDIATE car and they gave me a COMPACT car, which was the worst car in their entire parking lot. And added a $20 a day insurance policy for me without any inform or explanation. Their manager was a disrespectful guy who kept mumbling "omg" and "excuse" me after getting my license. If you are going to rent a car, choose other enterprise service points or company, this is absolutely the worst place I've ever encountered.
- MDMea DerbyDec 26, 20251.0Enterprise is not a reliable spot to rent from you book in advance for your vehicle and they don’t make sure that they keep it and have it ready for you when it’s time to come pick up and then they delay Your pick up time so I booked with them and we’re not able to pick up the vehicle that I reserved way before an advance and they gave me to run around for about an hour or so. I had to not go out of town on a date I was planning on going and I had to lose out on a whole day of pay for Airbnb because I did not go there on time and they still charged my card for it and the vehicle they end up putting me in was from one of their other locations that I had to be picked up and brought over there messing up more plans that I had to do and when they gave me the vehicle that they gave me it was bigger by one seat, but I need maintenance do on it. It was not cleaned and I had to have the vehicle back the same time originally that it was supposed to be back by 5 PM and I was not able to have enough time to do the things I needed to do when I originally booked it so you might want to reconsider or keep checking on it ahead of time because they even called me three days before my pick up time and the same day they called and told me they didn’t have my vehicle ready for me
