  Friendly reception, but Enterprise systems are a complete fail. They allow bookings and oversell their rental inventory. When I arrived to be informed they did not have inventory, I inquired nearby, to which they said even the airport is oversold by 15 rentals.

  Had a reservation for ten and was told there was no car. I have to wait until someone returned. I ask if I could get the car today and the staff said yes will call me for pick up. I didn’t realize how early the office close 1pm. No one ever called me to let me know if I can get a car or there is no available for today. I try to switch to the airport location and than they told me I can’t switch. Got transferred to the corporate center and they still can’t help me. All enterprise Except airport is closed. I needed a car. Very disappointed.

  I have been using enterprise to rent cars from time to time for years! Last week I got a rental and kept it for seven days past my return date. The representative Rachel took the money out of my deposit which was $300 and I came in to the location and paid the additional $400 that I owed. I also put down another $300 deposit to keep the rental again and extend it for an additional day. I then kept the rental for another 6 days past my return date. Well today Saturday February 14,2026 I received a phone call at 7:49 am from a guy named Owen that works at this location. Yes I said 7:49 am on a Saturday Valentine’s Day at that! The enterprise doesn’t open until 9 am so for him to call me before business hours is unprofessional! If Enterprise opens at 9 am then why are you calling me at 7:49 am before the business opens? He tells me that I owe $613 and if I don’t come in before 1 pm to get the rental up to date then the risk team is going to put a hold on my account? I said well I’m going to come in a pay you guys like I always do and how do I owe you guys $613 if you took my $300 deposit already? So I actually owe $313. He said that they can’t take the money out of my deposit? I said well Rachel did that last week and it wasn’t a problem. He made up some lie about how she did that because she thought I was just keeping it for a day? How did she think I was just keeping it for the day if she clearly asked me did I want to pay the money I owed out of the deposit for the additional days and I said yes you can keep the deposit? Either way I will be returning this rental and enterprise just lost a customer that spends $1,000- $2,000 at a time getting rentals. I’ll take my money elsewhere because Owen sucks and is very unprofessional and very argumentative. It was never that serious because he treated me as if I don’t spend a lot of money with enterprise and he was very argumentative! If I could rate this place a zero stars then I would! Below is the proof that he called me at 7:49 am and a picture of proof that the business opens at 9 am.

  Very good experience no issues very friendly and helpful staff definitely recommend anyone in need of renting a vehicle very good vehicle selection for what ever your needs are
