  Trying to sum my experience up. I called helped me out the best he could with my transmission warranty issue, I was under the impression it was a $50 charge for diagnostic but if warranty approved claim they would cover it however they did not cover it. So I contacted my dealership where I purchased car from and they prompted me to have my vehicle towed there, I called Pat to let him know around 3pm. He pretty much got upset and said "so thats just it? your going to just take your car and I dont get anything for diagnosing and talking to your warranty company" So since i was under the impression of the $50 diagnostic charge i figured he would have charged me correctly. However he said he wants atleast $100 i said ok, called him back with my card number and then he sounded guilty for overcharging me. I paid the 100 anyways with no arguement. And reminded him of my car getting towed. What a coincidence the tow company gets there and he locked up shop early by about 2 1/2 hrs not even leaving the key for them to tow it. Seemed to me as if he spitefully closed early since not once did he mention he was closing early when he was giving his guilt talk and about 20 mins later tow company calls to tell me shop was closed. Things like that don't sit with me well.

  Owner is obnoxious and rude, stopped in twice to get service done and both times talked down to me. I'll take my business elsewhere and let everyone else know to do the same.

  I went in today to get my vehicle inspected.. I was explaining to the owner that I had been having issues getting my truck to pass and the place I brought it to had told me I needed to clear 1 more code for it to pass.. When I said that, he said "we'll what's wrong with it" ? I told him I wasn't sureand that there had been a couple things I had fixed recently we thought was the issue.. I asked him if he could do the inspection and he said I'm not comfortable getting into something that someone else has been fixing already.. If you want a diagnostic test it will be 79.00. So basically he wouldn't even attempt to look at my truck . All that I can see he did was judge me and my situation, rather than try to help me out and figure out the issue. He was a complete jerk to me and acting stuck up. I went to Valvoline right after and they inspected it and they were very professional and nice to me. I will never go back to Pat's Automotive again and I only live right up the street. I will never refer this place to anyone..
