The raw truth about this place and many other CW like it.. I'll try to keep this short and only state the facts.
2024 picked out a new 5th wheel. Bought it! Pick up is day X but have to wait an extra 2 days because it's not ready. They failed to tell us their was a Heros edition we could have bought. Irritation #1.
Goes back for under warranty problems, radio, & gas leak. State the gas isn't leaking, I find it & fix it, send them the video. Irritation #2
Then the couch stops working, they take months to order it, install it, damage the interior in the process.. It's not the same couch. Irritation #3
Skirting bracket comes disconnected gouging the tire, takes them 6 months to order the tire! Irritation #4.
Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for them to order the right couch.
Many months later I pick up the right couch and tell them I will install it, because they are incompetent.
I refuse to even go through them for anything anymore!
Now 7 months later the radio is broke again.
And they have the audacity to call me a year after the couch incident and tell me I owe them money for the couch! But the toilet was covered. They never installed a new toilet nor had anything to do with the toilet.
No, I'm not blaming Camping for the crappy quality that these manufacturers make.
What I am griping about is the lack of service they have. They need to stick to just selling them. They can't fix anything and generally have to sub it out to somebody who does know how to fix it.
So why would you pay all that extra money when it's nearly impossible to go to any camping world and get your things fixed. They claim that you could go to any camping world in the United States to have things fixed under warranty, but then tell you you have to go through the original place you bought it.
Now I have many other issues with the manufacturer like brake wires cut and capped, slide cables broken and electrical tape together. But I'll be damned if I let Camping World ever touch my rig again.
And to add to insult I paid the extra 7 year water and electrical warranty. I can see that if I ever have to use it. It's going to be a standoff with my camper blocking the entrance to their building!

I came to Camping World on January 20 seventh 2026. I needed a part in sub degree weather for my water. They did not have any on the shelf the service manager Located apart that would work in the back room they went Above and beyond to help me out, I asked him how much for the little party found. He said nothing. I can’t believe this was a big corporation. Definitely helped me out. Would come here again.

Camping World of Syracuse is hands down the best place to buy an RV. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care — not pressure. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on helping you find the right RV for *your* needs, budget, and lifestyle.
The selection is excellent, with a wide range of RVs to choose from, all well-maintained and clearly explained. Every question is answered thoroughly, and nothing ever feels rushed or glossed over. You can tell they take pride in what they do and want customers to feel confident and excited about their purchase.
What really sets Camping World of Syracuse apart is the experience. Buying an RV can feel overwhelming, but they make the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. From sales to service, the team goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of long after the paperwork is signed.
If you’re even thinking about buying an RV, start here. Camping World of Syracuse sets the standard and proves why they’re the best in the business. Highly recommend!

Dominick, the sales representative, exhibited unprofessional behavior. Sales professionals are employed to serve the customer, and his actions made it appear as though he was doing me favors. When the deal was being scrutinized, he became unprofessional and engaged in a confrontational phone conversation. I will not engage in business with this establishment in the future. Do not waste your time.
