- JSJayden SlobeJan 5, 20265.0Great prices and great cars. Easy transaction processes as well. Great rental company if not the best. The one negative is there is an additional $850 security deposit due at counter at this location. This is for anyone with a NYS license which is never disclosed when booking, in fact the booking confirmations states “$0 due at counter” which to me is false advertising. This can only be charged to a credit card as well. So if you do not have an additional $850 on the credit card you will NOT be able to rent a vehicle. Pretty absurd but other than that the staff & process were great.

They also have no manager to speak to for problem solving or issue escalation. Edited after company response: Thank you for escalating the issue for us. This is so much appreciated, and the only thing we originally were looking for.

All was great, except the car had far too much in the electronic control department. Dropping the car off could not be any easier. I will use these people on my next journey north.

We were told multiple times that her flight was tied to her reservation so the employees would know to wait for her. This was not the case and my wife ended up having to spend the night in the airport waiting for alamo to open in the morning. Will probably go with budget next time since their employees were nice enough to stay for the people that had delayed flights
