We were told multiple times that her flight was tied to her reservation so the employees would know to wait for her. This was not the case and my wife ended up having to spend the night in the airport waiting for alamo to open in the morning. Will probably go with budget next time since their employees were nice enough to stay for the people that had delayed flights

When we flew cross country and arrived at midnight with our exhausted kiddo, they did not have the correct seat and staff told us they never have that one. Sadly this has happened to us before and we have started to travel with a back up option. So disappointed and frustrated!

There was no wait to get our vehicle and he even gave us tips on where to go. He asked us a little bit about our trip and what kind of plans we had. He built a connection with us right away and was All about customer service! It would be nice if all places went back To treating their customers this way. When we returned the car, there was absolutely no problems. A gentleman met us in the return section scanned our odometer, Looked the car over and was very pleasant. I don’t rent a car very often, but I do know I would use Alamo again!
