  My rental car experience was exceptional from the start thanks to the branch manager’s attention and assistance in selecting the best AWD vehicle for my snowy drives. There was a wide selection of newer vehicles . My vehicle was perfect - low mileage, heated seats and steering wheel. The return was fast and friendly. Ryan was very helpful. Thank you SYR team.

  I rented from SYR Budget and Alamo. I first went to Budget because their car was cheaper but the customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman there was just not engaged, didn't go above and beyond... So, I walked over to Alamo... and spoiler alert, I am so glad I did. Not only did they take care of me, they gave me a great (upgraded) car, made sure I was happy with the car, answered my questions about the car, texted to make sure things went well... but when I had to leave a day early to miss the storm, they actually gave me credit for the day I didn't use. Customer service went above and beyond and they actually care about their customers. Most car rental experiences I have had have been horrible... but this one was 5 stars...
