  I called this branch after it was recommended to me by Enterprise Massapequa since it’s closer to my workplace. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was very disappointing. When I first called, a woman on the other line answered. I said hello and she heard me, but still hung up. I called back right away, and she claimed she couldn’t hear me, then hung up again in a very rude manner. On my third attempt, her tone was dismissive and unhelpful. At that point, I told her I no longer wanted to proceed due to how I was being treated, and she hung up on me again. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a business that relies on customer interaction. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the branch.

  We got screwed over by Hertz and Enterprise was there to pick up the ball. Quick and friendly. Great staff

  Great experience at enterprise. They even follow up after you pick up your car. Antonio was super helpful and made everything easy. When you are stressed about your vehicle going into the shop for 3 weeks you need a company to make things easy. Enterprise and Antonio really helped. Would highly recommend.
