A small screw was found in her tire. The tire was repaired quickly. We both would not hesitate recommending this Mavis location and will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs and tire services.

They took care of my tire in record time and have a new rim on order for me for early next week. If it werent for their immediate kindness I would have had to get my car towed because it was close to Mavis closing. Solid set of people working there. I am very lucky I didnt have to uber home today in the rain and/or get my car towed. They are so nice.

They checked and at first couldn’t find a nail or any other puncture.Then the tech realized that the screw in the valve was loose. So they tightened it and put the tire back on. When I went to pay they told me there was no charge. I insisted that even though there was no puncture it still took the tech the same amount of time and that is what I wanted to pay for. They refused to take any money.
