Had an apt for an inspection today (albeit just made this morning) showed up on time, literally waited 30 minutes, nothing. They didn’t take my car back, didn’t even look at me once to say: “we’ll get to it soon” nothing. There were 4-5 staff ‘working’ on 1 car….(talking). complete waste of my time. Lost a loyal customer today.
