⭐ 1/5 – Failure to Perform Service With Reasonable Care and Professional Standards in the morning of this incident, my wife dropped off our vehicle at this Mavis Tire location for the installation of four premium Goodyear tires. The vehicle was delivered in proper working condition. We selected this location solely due to its proximity to our residence. We were informed that the service had been completed. However, immediately upon leaving the premises, abnormal and persistent noise began coming from the tires. The vehicle is a passenger Van with new wheels and rims, and no such issue existed prior to this service. The defect was identified immediately and independently by my wife. At my instruction, the vehicle was returned to the same location. Staff stated they would remove the tires and inspect the work. Subsequently, I contacted the shop directly to confirm whether the issue had been properly resolved. During this call, the representative spoke in an unprofessional, dismissive, and confrontational manner, using language that is wholly inappropriate in a customer–service relationship, including statements implying the customer’s inability to understand prior explanations.(repeatedly stating phrases such as “I’m telling you for the third time,” “Now I’m telling you for the fourth time,” and “I’m telling you for the fifth time,” implying that the issue had already been clearly explained and that I was at fault for not understanding, rather than addressing the substance of my question) When I reasonably inquired why the vehicle had been released without adequate inspection and verification of proper installation, I was told: “We only changed four tires. That noise is not our problem.” This response reflects a clear refusal to accept responsibility for work performed and demonstrates a failure to exercise reasonable care and professional diligence, which is expected of any automotive service provider. When a vehicle is returned to a customer in a worse condition than when it was delivered, and the issue arises immediately following the service, responsibility cannot be summarily disclaimed. Simply asserting that the shop “only changed four tires” does not negate the duty to ensure that the service was performed competently, safely, and correctly. For a business selling products from a nationally recognized manufacturer such as Goodyear, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to meet basic professional standards is particularly concerning. As a result of this experience: • I do not recommend this Mavis Tire location • This incident will be formally reported to Goodyear • This review is left to document the service failure and preserve an accurate public record of the incident We selected this location for convenience. That convenience resulted in unnecessary time, stress, and potential safety concerns.

I had a great experience at Mavis! I came in because my tire was leaking air, and they inspected it for free. They found a small issue and fixed it without trying to upsell me on anything. I really appreciated their honesty and quick service. Definitely recommend!

I had to come in for emergency repairs last Saturday 12/13 for my 2018 Honda Accord for a full service for all new Michelin tires, tire rotation and wheel alignment, I’ve asked them to check my brakes and rotors and struts as I wanted it all fixed to prepare for the snow. They informed me of my battery needing replacement, and a few other things including checking my suspension and I agreed to get everything fixed. I spend 3.5k total, 2.2K for parts and 1.3K for labor. I even tipped the mechanic who worked on my car $20.00. I had my car there first thing in the morning and got it back right before closing. Not even after the first day of getting it back, I heard a squeaky sound in my passenger front tire that I never heard prior to going to them for repairs. The guy who worked in my car doesn’t even speak English. Makes me wonder if they actually tell the mechanics all the repairs or only do a few things and charge customers more and thinking the customers don’t realize or know better. The repairs were poorly done to the point I don’t even want to come back. This is the last time I’ll ever get serviced there because their lack of attention given the price point I paid. I’m extremely upset as I work and unable to return to the shop during the week. Completely a waste of your money , you’re better off taking your car to your dealership and paying this kind of money. Please don’t go here.
