- AZAndy ZhengNov 2, 20251.0Absolute waste of time coming here. They will charge you a $3000 “certification” fee on top of whatever price you see online. I even confirmed through text that this fee will be removed and that’s the only reason I made an hour trip with tolls to come see the vehicle. Their “certification” fee, in their words, was for inspecting the car and doing an oil change on it. We spent 10 minutes arguing about why the “certification” fee was or wasn’t a hidden fee….. trying to use terminology to go back on their words on removing the fee. The car wasn’t even in good condition either. I checked the oil and it was dark and old oil. They replaced two of the tires with the cheapest tires you can buy so it was mismatched. The front bumper had scratches and literal hole through it. But of course it was certified and the best they could do for the bumper was taking $200 off the price. They also tried to explain how the certification includes a 90 day warranty. If the car was in such good shape and “certified” why would I need an 90 day warranty. All of a sudden a $15k civic is $18k before taxes and fees.
